What type of cars do you accept?
We are happy to value all type of cars.
Do you accept cars with damage?
We are happy to accept cars with fixable damage, however we do factor this into the valuation.
How long does the process take?
To value, write up transfer forms & organise payments, this can all be completed within 30 minutes.
What is the payment process after I agree to sell?
After agreeing to purchase, we are able to organise a ETF Direct Deposit of funds for the same day. Payments go through at the end of the business day.
Do I need a Roadworthy Certificate to sell my car?
No you don’t. Being a dealership we don’t require a Roadworthy Certificate for you to sell your car.
How long is the valuation valid for?
Our valuations are valid for up to a week. However if you’re waiting on a new car to arrive, or need a little more time to get things ready we’re more than happy to work something out.
What happens if my car is under finance?
If your car is under Finance, we’ll be able to payout the remaining figure for you from the amount you were given for your Trade-In. In instances where your payout amount exceeds the value of your Trade-In, you can contribute the remaining amount, allowing us to clear the payout amount for you on the same day. We simply require a payout letter from whom you finance with.
